Dear friends!

It is hard to be objective about all that happened. Actually, we won't even try to pretend that we are. By attending the 1st Croatian Sheepdog Championship, you have become a part of the history being written. You have done so much for the promotion of this breed, in Croatia and world wide both. There is not a person in the World that could ever again regard Croatian Sheepdogs in the same way, after seing all that was being done here at the Championship. We thank you for coming with all our hearts!
Our big thanks goes to the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development for recognizing the importance of this event. If it wasn't for their financial help, we wouldn't be able to host you in a such way we did.
Many thanks to the Croatian Kennel Club, for all their support and help in organization.
And when the time came for the actual event to take place, our friends from KOSSP "Zagreb" carried out the competition in a great style. They are real proffesionals and exceptionally hard-working people, and we owe them a lot.
Thanks to the judges - Ana Viller, Zeljko Gora, József Árkosi, Srecko Kukic and the decoy Brane Miklobusec - who overlooked the competition with their expert eyes. We hope that you enjoyed what you saw.
There are few more persons that just have to be mentioned with particular regard, the ones that relentlessly recorded in image and motion everything that happened - our dear Darja Jaksic, Iztok Noc and Igor Ivanovic.
Although until the beginning of the Championship, we "lost" almost half of the competitors and few of the countries that were originally supposed to come, we hope that we fulfilled the promise we gave you, and that all of you who came, really had an excellent competition and unforgettable experience.
We wish you a great and succesfull year ahead of you. Be diligent and teach your dogs even more then they know now. You have to prepare for the next Croatian Sheepdog Working Championship:-)!
